01 Acceptance

By using iStandUp.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

02 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use iStandUp.ai. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

03 Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@istandup.ai.

04 Purchases & Refunds

All purchases are final. Video packs are delivered digitally upon purchase. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law or in cases of a technical failure on our end that prevented delivery.

05 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload images of other people without their consent.
  • Use generated videos to harass, defame, or impersonate any person.
  • Distribute generated videos in a way that implies real events that did not occur (deepfake fraud).
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

06 Your Content

You retain ownership of any photos or videos you upload. By uploading, you grant iStandUp.ai a limited license to process your media solely for the purpose of generating your requested video. We do not claim ownership of your likeness or content.

07 Our Content

All comedy scripts, video templates, AI models, platform code, and branding are the property of iStandUp.ai. Generated output videos are licensed to you for personal and social sharing use. Commercial use requires written permission.

08 Disclaimer of Warranties

iStandUp.ai is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, output quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iStandUp.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11 Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
